Usage Policy

1. Purpose of This Policy

This Usage Policy governs how you may use GOSHCo platforms — including goshco.in, share.goshco.in, and all associated sub-brand services (GOShvite and GOShare). It exists to protect our users, their guests, and the integrity of our services. By using any GOSHCo product, you agree to comply with this policy.

2. Permitted Uses

You may use GOSHCo services for the following lawful purposes:

• Creating and sharing digital invitations and event information pages through GOShvite.
• Uploading and sharing event photos and videos through GOShare with invited guests.
• Managing RSVPs, event schedules, and guest communications for your personal occasions.
• Accessing and downloading your own event media within your subscription plan limits.
• Embedding invitation links or galleries on personal websites or social media profiles.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services for the following:

• Uploading or sharing content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, threatening, or violates any third-party rights.
• Sharing photos or videos of individuals without their knowledge or consent.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts, galleries, or event data.
• Using automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to access or extract data from our platforms.
• Reselling, sub-licensing, or commercially redistributing any GOSHCo service or content without written permission.
• Impersonating another person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or organisation.
• Transmitting viruses, malware, or any code designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to systems.
• Using the platform for spam, phishing, or mass unsolicited communications.
• Using the Services to facilitate illegal commercial activities, fraudulent schemes, or unauthorized collection of personal information.

4. Content Standards

All content uploaded to GOSHCo platforms — including event photos, videos, invitation designs, and guest messages — must meet the following standards:

• Content must not contain nudity, sexual material, graphic violence, or content harmful to minors.
• Content must not promote hate speech, discrimination, or illegal activities.
• Content must not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of third parties.
• Content that depicts real individuals must be shared only with their consent.

GOSHCo reserves the right to review, remove, or restrict access to any content that violates these standards, without prior notice.

5. Platform Integrity

To ensure a reliable experience for all users, you agree not to take any action that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure, circumvents security measures, or disrupts the normal functioning of our services. This includes but is not limited to: excessive API calls, denial-of-service attempts, and deliberate exploitation of platform bugs.

6. Storage & Plan Limits

Each plan on GOShare and GOShvite comes with defined storage, guest access, and feature limits. Using workarounds to bypass plan limitations — such as creating multiple free accounts to aggregate storage — is a violation of this usage policy and may result in account suspension.

7. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behaviour on our platforms that appears to violate this Usage Policy, please report it to us promptly. We take all reports seriously and will investigate and take appropriate action.

8. Consequences of Violations

Violation of this Usage Policy may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, removal of offending content, and — where required by law — reporting to appropriate authorities. We reserve the right to take legal action where violations cause harm to GOSHCo, our users, or third parties.
