1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any GOSHCo platform — including goshco.in, share.goshco.in, or any other sub-brand domain — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of our services immediately. GOSHCo is the umbrella brand operating GOShvite (online wedding invitations) and GOShare (live event photo & video sharing).

2. Description of Services

GOSHCo provides the following services through its brand family:

• GOShvite: A digital platform for creating, customising, and distributing online wedding invitations including RSVP management and event information pages.
• GOShare: A live event photo and video sharing platform that enables real-time media sharing with guests at special events such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate gatherings.
• DSLR Photo Booth Services: In-person photography experiences delivered at events, with optional digital galleries.
• Software Development: Custom software and web development services for clients.

3. User Accounts

Some services require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. GOSHCo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload (photos, videos, invitation designs, guest lists). By uploading content to our platforms, you grant GOSHCo a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of delivering the requested service to you and your designated guests. This content and media may be hosted, processed, and stored using trusted third-party infrastructure providers (specifically Google Firebase/Firestore, Cloudinary, and Cloudflare R2).

You are solely responsible for ensuring that content you upload:

• Does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
• Does not contain unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or obscene material.
• Has been shared with the consent of all individuals depicted.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload malware, malicious code, or harmful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other user accounts.
• Interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the Services.
• Use the Services to distribute spam, fraudulent content, or misleading information.

Violation of this section may result in suspension or termination of your account.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

Certain features or service tiers are available on a paid basis. All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed through authorized third-party payment providers. GOSHCo does not store complete payment card information. By purchasing a paid service, subscription, or event package, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges associated with your selected plan or service. By subscribing or purchasing, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees to your provided payment method.

7. Intellectual Property

All GOSHCo brand assets, platform designs, software, logos (including GOShvite and GOShare), and written content are the intellectual property of GOSHCo and are protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

8. Service Availability

While we strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted Services, GOSHCo does not guarantee that the Services will always be available, error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. Maintenance, updates, third-party service disruptions, and circumstances beyond our control may affect availability from time to time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GOSHCo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities — arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the preceding 3 months.

10. Termination

GOSHCo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to any or all Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, raises security concerns, involves abuse of the Services, or for other legitimate business purposes.

11. Governing Law

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
