Refund Policy

1. Overview

At GOSHCo, we want you to be completely satisfied with our services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are provided for paid services across our brand family — including GOShvite (online wedding invitations) and GOShare (live event photo & video sharing). Please read this carefully before making a purchase.

2. Digital Services & Subscriptions

2.1 GOShvite — Online Invitations

  • Free plans are not eligible for refunds as no payment is involved.
  • Paid plans may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the invitation has not been published or shared with guests.
  • Once an invitation has been published and guest links have been distributed, the plan is considered used and is non-refundable.
  • Upgrades between plans are charged on a pro-rata basis. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

2.2 GOShare — Event Photo & Video Sharing

  • Refunds are available within 48 hours of plan purchase if no media has been uploaded and no guest access links have been generated.
  • Once a live gallery has been activated and guest access is enabled, the service is considered rendered and is non-refundable.

3. DSLR Photo Booth & In-Person Services

  • Bookings cancelled 7 or more days before the event date are eligible for a full refund of any advance payment.
  • Bookings cancelled between 3–6 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund of the advance.
  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event are non-refundable.
  • In the event that GOSHCo cancels a booking due to circumstances on our end, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
  • Rescheduling (subject to availability) is available at no additional charge if requested at least 5 days before the original event date.

4. Software Development Services

Custom software development projects are governed by individual project agreements. In the absence of a specific agreement, the following applies:

  • Advance payments for projects not yet commenced are refundable within 5 business days of payment.
  • Once development work has commenced, payments are non-refundable for completed milestones.
  • If GOSHCo is unable to deliver the agreed scope, a proportional refund for undelivered work will be issued after mutual written agreement.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service or Usage Policy.
  • Purchases made using third-party promotional codes, cashback offers, or partner discounts.
  • Partial months of subscription usage.
  • Failure to use a service within an active subscription period.

5A. Duplicate or Accidental Payments

If you are charged more than once for the same transaction due to a technical error or duplicate payment, please contact us immediately. Verified duplicate payments will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, contact our support team with the following details:

  • Your registered email address or phone number.
  • The service or plan you purchased.
  • Your transaction ID or payment reference number.
  • The reason for your refund request.

We will acknowledge refund requests within 3 business days and notify you of the outcome after reviewing your eligibility under this policy. Approved refunds are typically processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Changes to This Policy

GOSHCo reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
